Write a web application My-Contacts satisfying the following requirements.

• Information to be included: name, e-mail address, phone numbers, etc.
• Functions to be supported: insert, delete, update, search, list, etc.
• Server side scripting should be used.
• All data should be stored in DB.
• Build your own web servers.
